Painted during January, 2007. A piece that grew and grew with textures and bold layers of aggressive colours, applied each as responses to one another.

Dark, bottle green areas draw the eye, but each becoming broken, shattered forms as other firey colours invade them. Then pale lime green accents seem to bring them forward more visibly to the foreground. All the while diagonal red shafts tear across violently. Siennas and golds sit behind all this, helping to push the oranges, reds and greens out towards the viewer. Purple and gold iridescent sheens, invisible at some angles catch the eye unexpectedly.
